Business Development Manager - Home/Field-based - Oban, Fort William, Tarbert, Lochcarron

Salary: Up to £38,000 + uncapped bonus potential, company car or car allowance & home-based contract

Brakes is looking for a Business Development Manager to join our Independent Sales Team. We have ambitious growth plans and are seeking someone eager to shape the future of our business in foodservice trends.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure new independent business opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with local food market players
  • Create tailored culinary propositions for customers
  • Achieve profit targets and be rewarded for success
  • Onboard new clients professionally
  • Monitor market trends and competition to provide innovative solutions
  • Achieve market goals confidently

Candidate Profile:

Experience in Field Sales or similar is preferred but not essential. A commercial mindset, drive, and ambition are key. Confidence in outdoor sales is necessary. Training will be provided, especially for those new to foodservice or hospitality sectors.
