Job summary

Kore Executive Ltd in Scotland is looking for a proactive Business Development Manager to drive new business for a market leading technical solutions provider. You will be field-based across Scotland, selling a broad portfolio to industrial end users and managing the sales cycle end-to-end.

The role rewards performance with a base salary 38-40k plus 50k OTE and a generous benefits package including a company car, pension and 25 days holiday.

The Ideal Person for the Business Development Manager

• An experienced B2B sales person, ideally a technical solution
• New Business Hunter
• Must be willing to travel across a large region (half of Scotland)
• In-depth knowledge of effective sales techniques and methodologies
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Track record of achieving sales
• Ability to persuade and influence people at all levels and develop good working relationships
