Radius Limited is seeking a Business Development Manager in the UK construction sector to grow our customer base and convert referrals while nurturing existing clients. You will drive sales opportunities, coordinate with marketing on material creation, and ensure a healthy pipeline to exceed targets.
You will research industry trends, network at events, and train the sales team, leveraging your relationship-building and negotiation skills to expand Radius' market presence.

The role of Business Development Manager is really important to us. This role is focused on growing our customer base in the construction sector. You will be responsible for attracting and converting new customers, dealing with incoming referrals, whilst maintaining and cultivating the existing customer base at VUE. You will be instrumental in increasing the sales and profits and responsible for generating your own contribution to the overall sales target. You will research industry trends and use your insight to identify business opportunities in new and existing markets. You will monitor customer feedback closely to ensure the business delivers the best products and services. You will also attend business events to learn more about their industry and network with other professionals and potential clients.
