Business Development Manager

Educational and Healthcare building solutions to Tier 1 Contractors

Salary: GBP75k + Car or Car Allowance, Healthcare, Pension

Location: Home based with a reach to the Midlands

About the Role

As their Business Development Manager, you will join an award-winning GBP30m+ manufacturer of construction products used primarily in the education and healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

• Demonstrate a stable sales track record in areas such as:
• Sold into Tier 1 Contractors
• Experience selling build solutions or building envelope propositions
• Creation of new CPD Presentations
• Led successful framework agreements within the Healthcare sector
• Experience within the architectural specification market with a network of architects and end users (local authorities)
• Understanding of NBS Chorus and Source

Sector Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of the construction sector including issues around:
• Low Carbon (operational and embodied)
• Construction project procurement
• Building Safety Act
