Turn this role into an interview — a resume and cover letter built around what this employer wants.
Beaumont is seeking a high-energy hunter to own new logo acquisition across the 35-350 user SMB and mid-market space. You won’t inherit an account list; you’ll build your own pipeline, convert SDR-qualified meetings, and shepherd opportunities from first conversation to close.
You’ll focus on Managed IT, Modern Workplace and Cloud solutions, translating technical detail into commercial outcomes for buyers from Managing Partners to IT Managers, while keeping Salesforce up to date and forecasting
Our client is a well-established Managed Service Provider with a turnover north of £100m and one of the strongest customer satisfaction records in the industry. They support over 2,000 customers and 200 channel resellers with Secure Networking, IT Services and Cyber Security solutions, and they're investing further in new business as AI adoption reshapes how their clients work. This is a genuine hunting role, not a farming one, and it comes with real backing: a dedicated SDR team, targeted marketing, and a sales infrastructure built to help you close.
You’ll own new logo acquisition across the 35-350 user SMB and mid-market space, with a particular strength in professional services, accountancy practices, and knowledge-led organisations. You’re not being handed a book of accounts to manage. You’re building your own pipeline, converting SDR-qualified meetings, and taking opportunities from first conversation through to close. Once a deal is won, you hand it over cleanly during onboarding and move on to the next one.
Expect to spend most of your week creating and progressing opportunities rather than servicing existing relationships. You’ll be selling Managed IT, Modern Workplace and Cloud propositions, including Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, Copilot readiness, backup, DR and network support, and you’ll need to translate that technical detail into commercial outcomes for buyers who range from Managing Partners and CFOs down to IT Managers.
Alongside a strong base and uncapped commission, you’ll get subsidised health and dental care, life assurance at 3x salary, an EAP, a solid pension contribution, generous holiday, your birthday off, and a genuine incentive structure for hitting your numbers.
If you’re currently closing new business in the MSP or managed IT space and want a bigger patch, better support, and a proposition that’s easy to sell, this is worth a conversation.
