Job summary

Highbridge Talent seeks a Business Development Manager for off-highway tyres, covering the South UK from Crawley to Maidstone. This field-based role targets new business, strategic accounts, and long-term partnerships with construction and plant industry customers.

You will develop market plans, lead negotiations, and collaborate with leadership to drive growth. Relevant BD experience in tyres or related sectors is preferred, with a focus on building market presence and alliances.

• Experience selling off-road/off-highway tyres is highly desirable.

About the Role

Our client, a leading specialist in tyre repair and replacement for construction plant tyres and off

highway machinery, is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth

across the South of the UK.

This is a field-based role focused on winning new business, building long-term client relationships,

and expanding market share within the construction and off-highway tyre sector.

What You'll Be Doing

• Generate new business opportunities and grow market presence across the South UK region.
• Build long-term partnerships with construction and plant industry customers.
• Develop strategic sales plans to increase market penetration.
• Conduct market analysis to identify new commercial opportunities.
• Lead negotiations and close high-value commercial agreements.
• Work closely with senior leadership to provide market insights and growth recommendations.

What We're Looking For
