The Role

As a Business Development Manager, you'll take full control of the sales process—from generating new opportunities and converting inbound leads to building relationships and closing deals. Working alongside a highly skilled tech team, you’ll ensure smooth handovers and successful delivery of each project you bring in.

You’ll have the freedom to sell into any vertical, focusing on high-value digital solutions that genuinely transform your client's businesses.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outreach, lead conversion, and networking Manage the complete sales cycle, from first contact to signed contract Work closely with technical pre-sales to tailor proposals and solutions Deliver engaging sales presentations to clients, both virtually and in person Achieve and exceed sales targets while building a strong pipeline Report on activity and performance to support strategic growth What We’re Looking For

A proven background in IT, digital, or software sales, especially in new business generation Experience selling services such as web development, e-commerce, mobile apps, digital marketing, or emerging tech like AI and blockchain A proactive and self-motivated approach to managing the entire sales journey Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders Familiarity with the UK or EU markets, and the ability to sell across different sectors Commercially focused with a strong sense of ownership and accountability Salary & Benefits
