Hamilton Barnes Associates Limited is seeking an experienced Cyber Security Sales leader to head a growing UK sales and marketing function. You will mentor 5-6 Sales Executives and 2 Marketing professionals, drive the UK strategy, and secure revenue targets while collaborating with technical consultants to tailor cyber security solutions.

The role offers hybrid working with Leeds office presence and a strong uncapped commission structure designed to reward high performance and strategic growth,

Qualifications

  • Proven experience leading a successful Sales team.
  • Previous experience selling Cyber Security solutions or services.
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience coaching Business Development Managers or Account Managers.
  • Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Commercially focused with strong business acumen.
  • Experience building relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
  • Full UK driving license.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor and develop a team of 5-6 Sales Executives and 2 Marketing professionals.
  • Create and deliver the sales strategy to drive business growth across the UK.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and ensure revenue targets are achieved.
  • Coach and support the team through the full sales lifecycle.
  • Build relationships with C-Level executives, IT leaders and key decision-makers.
  • Drive new business opportunities across penetration testing, cyber security audits, advisory and assurance services.
  • Work closely with technical consultants to scope client requirements and deliver tailored cyber security solutions.
  • Monitor sales performance, KPIs and forecasts, implementing improvements where required.
  • Support and develop marketing campaigns to maximise lead generation and conversion.
  • Attend networking events, exhibitions and industry conferences to generate new business opportunities.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with technology vendors and managed service providers.
  • Maintain accurate CRM reporting and provide regular sales updates to senior leadership.

Skills/Must Have:

Desirable Skills:
  • Experience selling Penetration Testing, Vulnerability Management or Managed Security Services
  • Knowledge of ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials, PCI DSS or wider cyber compliance services
  • Experience working within a Cyber Security Consultancy or MSSP
  • Existing network within the UK Cyber Security market
Benefits:
