Job Title: Business Development Manager (Spanish Speaker)

Location: London (Hybrid)

Planet Pharma has been retained to recruit for one of their clients, a rapidly growing company offering cutting-edge solutions to the life sciences and tech sectors. We are looking for a highly motivated and driven Business Development Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an early-stage sales professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and has a passion for the life sciences and SaaS industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive lead generation efforts and build a strong pipeline of prospects within the Life Sciences or SaaS industries.
  • Qualify, nurture, and convert leads into business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Clinical Development, Laboratories, or SaaS solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies and increase conversion rates.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions with clients and prospects in CRM systems.
  • Provide market feedback and insights to the leadership team for continuous improvement of products and services.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in early-stage sales, specifically in lead generation.
  • Must be Native/Fluent in Spanish in addition to English
  • Background in selling services or SaaS solutions to the Life Sciences sector, with a preference for candidates with clinical development or laboratory experience.
  • Must be native-level fluent in Spanish (written and spoken).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Comfortable with CRM systems and other sales tools.
  • A passion for technology and a keen interest in understanding client needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in selling complex solutions in Life Sciences or SaaS industries.
  • Previous exposure to Clinical Development or Laboratories is a strong plus.
  • Knowledge of the life sciences market trends and regulations.
