What's the role about?

Business Development Manager

Do you have a knack for the commercial game and a love for tackling tough challenges?

Do you have a proven track record in the out-of-home (OOH) channel?

Are you a dynamic individual looking for a new challenge with an exciting confectionery brand?

Position type: Full time, Permanent

Salary: £27,000 to £30,000 per annum (£32-36k OTE) + up to 20% bonus + company car

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Territory: Birmingham, Coventry, Dudley, Lichfield, Banbury, and surrounds

Role overview

As a Business Development Manager, you will drive business growth and manage territory relationships across various sectors within the confectionery OOH scene. Your goal is to build strong connections with local and regional clients, supporting our growth strategy.

Your main responsibilities include:

  1. Boost sales and distribution channels
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with decision-makers in the OOH sector

Candidate requirements

  • Proven ability to secure new business
  • Valid UK or international driving license held for at least 1 year
