Job Title: Business Development Manager
Department: Support Services
Salary: £36,288pa (pro rata £20,321pa)
Hours of work: 21 hours per week – days and times to be arranged
Contract Term: 12 months in the first instance with possibility of extension
& subject to a 6 month probationary period
Job Purpose:
The Business Development Manager will lead the Trust's income generation and sustainability efforts. This includes developing and implementing a comprehensive fundraising strategy aligned with the organisation’s strategic plan, strengthening partnerships, and diversifying income streams to support and expand the Trust’s services.
