Basic salary of £20,000 with OTE of £50,000, uncapped earning potential, company car, pension, critical illness, life assurance, 31 days holiday (including bank holidays), exclusive company discounts on used car purchases, leasing deals, and aftersales service.

You’ll have the opportunity to be involved in:

  • Creating excellent experiences for our customers, from initial contact to helping them discover their perfect vehicle and driving away in their new car.
  • Building your knowledge of our products and services, fostering a genuine passion for the brand, and representing it with pride and excellence.
  • Becoming a true champion of the sales process, driving all new and used car enquiry leads, building rapport with customers, converting appointments into sales, and maximising all leads.
  • Delivering a complete, unique package to help customers make the most of their purchase, including upselling accessories, extended warranties, and finance options.
  • Meeting standards for fair financial advice and services, adhering to FCA regulations.
