Now, we’re expanding our offering to include a broader suite of pre-employment and background screening services. We’re looking for a high-performing, talented Business Development Manager (BDM) to help drive this next chapter of growth.

Your Mission

As BDM, you’ll be responsible for sector specific sales plans; identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities—bringing our proven solutions to HR leaders, talent acquisition heads, and compliance teams across the UK.

You’ll sell a product that clients love, in a space with huge demand, backed by a team who know how to collaborate and deliver. Sound like your kind of challenge?

What You’ll Do

• Identify and target key prospects across mid-market and enterprise clients

• Build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities within HR, compliance, and operational functions

• Clearly articulate the value of Rightcheck’s RTW platform and wider screening solutions

• Lead consultative sales conversations, adapting to varied client needs and pain points

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a smooth buyer journey

• Represent Rightcheck.io at events, webinars, and networking opportunities

• Provide feedback to shape our go-to-market strategy and future product roadmap

What You Bring

• 3+ years of B2B SaaS or HR tech sales experience (experience selling to HR or compliance functions is a big plus)

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

• Confident presenting to senior stakeholders and closing complex deals

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• A consultative, value-led approach to sales

• Self-starter attitude with a genuine interest in compliance, onboarding, and workforce tech
