Signage Business Development Manager, Remote, c.£45K - £60K, Car Allowance, Benefits

We are recruiting for a signage Business Development Manager for a leading, double-digit, £Million Turnover sign company. Known for their quality design and craftsmanship, our client operates at the premium end of the sign industry. About this Signage Business Development Manager role

The company is hiring this role due to sustained growth and future investment, as well as for succession planning to develop future managers and leaders.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the sales & marketing team to research and develop prospects.
  • Identify decision-makers and influencers within target clients, such as brand owners, blue-chip companies, architects, designers, government, and local authorities.
  • Develop client relationships to generate profitable revenue streams.
  • Prospect new and existing clients using the company's CRM system.
  • Follow up and convert incoming inquiries and leads from marketing efforts.
Candidate Requirements
  • Proven success in signage sales, selling to multi-site clients or high-value one-offs.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
  • Understanding of strategic sales processes, focusing on quality over price.
  • Full UK driving license and willingness to travel across the UK.
  • Right to work in the UK.
Preferred but not essential experience
  • Selling signage and wayfinding solutions into markets such as public sector, rail, airports, and public realm.
