Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of new business streams, working closely with our regional network
  • Build strategic sales approaches with senior leadership to target key markets
  • Generate and convert new business opportunities through outreach, visits, and relationship-building
  • Identify tender opportunities and support bid writing processes
  • Analyse competitor activity and market trends to create competitive, cost-effective care solutions
  • Mentor and support Registered Managers to enhance sales skills and meet growth targets
  • Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, including social services, commissioning boards, case managers, and more
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure tailored, compliant care solutions for every client
  • Deliver against strategic goals and OKRs, meeting targets and driving measurable impact
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in healthcare or social care business development
  • Strong knowledge of community care, social care, and / or acute healthcare markets
  • A track record of hitting sales and growth targets
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with stakeholders at all levels
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and confident working both independently and as part of a team
  • A commitment to quality, safety, and exceptional service in everything you do
Salary and Benefits

Salary: Up to £55,000 + up to £30,000 pa bonus + car allowance of £320pm
