Job summary

Majestic Hotels (Formerly Radisson Blu Cardiff) is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to own the market sector, develop new business opportunities and drive revenue in UK and international markets. This home-based role offers £90,000-£100,000 per year with flexible hours and travel.

You'll work with a global team, build relationships with manufacturers, buyers and industry contacts, and shape a specialist market within an international business.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of B2B sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of food & beverage processing within manufacturing.
• Established network of industry contacts.
• Experience managing revenue, profitability or a P&L.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Introduction

We're looking for a commercially focused Senior Business Development Manager to take ownership of a market sector, develop new business opportunities and drive revenue and profitability within an established international business.

This senior-level opportunity is ideal for an experienced B2B sales and business development professional with strong knowledge of food and beverage processing within manufacturing, equipment trading experience and an established network of industry contacts.

Working from home, you'll collaborate with a global team while building relationships and developing commercial opportunities across UK and international markets.

Key Duties

• A self-motivated approach, with the ability to work independently in a home-based environment while collaborating with a global team.
• Familiarity with international markets and experience developing overseas sales channels.
