This leading provider of total facility solutions is currently seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join their team. What You Will Do

• Work closely with the Operations Director and Sales Director to implement a sales strategy aligned with corporate goals.
• Drive sales and business development across the business.
• Develop a robust sales pipeline and opportunities, forecasting sales growth and profitability.
• Implement and manage operational plans for new accounts, developing third-party relations and strategic service partner networks.
• Collaborate with other group businesses to develop a self-delivery approach and identify other opportunities for Group services.
• Continually work with the team to develop and improve opportunities and services, fostering strong relationships with strategic clients.
  
  

What You Will Bring

• Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, ideally within the facilities engineering or industrial sector.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• A track record of driving the sales process from planning to close and meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Availability for frequent travel to meet the demands of the role.
