Job summary

Furza, a fast-growing UK PropTech company, is hiring for an ambitious SDR to identify and engage UK letting agents. You’ll learn through our industry-leading sales academy and work with leaders who invest in your development.

You’ll start with a £30,000 base salary plus £10,000 OTE (uncapped), with clear progression into senior SDR, BDM or wider commercial roles. Team incentives and a supportive environment accompany a strong early-career path.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage UK letting agents through outbound calls, email, LinkedIn and targeted campaigns
• Target ideal customer profiles rather than chasing volume
• Book well-qualified discovery meetings for the Business Development and Sales teams
• Lead first-stage conversations to understand each prospect's challenges and structure
• Manage your own activity, follow-ups and diary
• Keep CRM data accurate and up to date
• Work with marketing on campaigns, messaging and targeting
• Hit agreed weekly and monthly KPIs, and use conversion data to improve
