Role Overview: As a Business Development Executive (BDE) focused on the Automotive industry, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth as a valuable team member of our Sales and Marketing team, using your expertise to discover and capitalize on new business opportunities within the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive the sales pipeline by engaging new and existing clients within the Automotive Industry.
  2. Drive client engagement and proposal development.
  3. Plan and carry out business activities to build client relationships and secure opportunities.
  4. Collaborate with senior sales and delivery teams to articulate Endava's value proposition effectively.
  5. Develop and maintain a target account list with defined prospect/client profiles and key value propositions.
  6. Demonstrate a strong understanding of industry verticals and sub-verticals, providing insights and case studies to support sales efforts.
  7. Lead discussions with industry professionals and stakeholders to generate interest and showcase expertise in key industry topics.

  1. Proven experience in business development or sales within the Automotive Industry.
  2. Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and engage with senior stakeholders.
  3. Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
  4. Strategic thinker with a record of accomplishment of driving commercial success.
  5. Knowledgeable about industry trends, technologies, and client needs.
  6. Expertly champion specific skills within SAM (Sales & Marketing) and conduct training sessions to nurture the development of junior sales professionals.
  7. Self-driven and results-oriented, with a passion for achieving targets and delivering exceptional client outcomes.
