Job Description:

The Role

This role is 90% inbound lead generation with potential learners/clients looking to invest in their/staff development via the CIPD qualification. Your role is to speak with the potential customers, explain the services and support available via HRC Online, and determine which package we offer would be best for them in reaching their study goals.

Responsibilities:

  1. Identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with potential customers (B2B & B2C).
  2. Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase revenue for the company.
  3. Conducting market research and staying up-to-date on industry trends to identify new sales opportunities.
  4. Keeping accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.
  5. Meeting or exceeding sales targets and keeping accurate records of sales and customer interactions.
  6. Continuously developing knowledge and skills related to sales and the CIPD qualification through training and professional development opportunities.

What you need:

  1. Proven experience in B2B and B2C sales.
  2. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  5. Proficient in CRM software.
  6. Strong organisational and time-management skills.
