JOB TITLE: Business Development Executive
LOCATION: Middlesbrough
SALARY: Guarantee earnings of GBP60K for First Year
Realistic Year Two earnings of GBP100K (uncapped)

The COMPANY
Our client is a well-established nationwide provider of business-critical services to thousands of SME organisations across the UK for over 75 years. They are one of the UK's leading businesses in their field, with 130,000 clients worldwide and a highly trained, rewarded staff. They are currently seeking an experienced Field Sales Executive.

The ROLE
The successful Field Sales Executive will:

  • Adopt a consultative sales approach, providing tailored solutions to clients.
  • Attend sales appointments arranged by your telemarketing partner.
  • Self-generate new leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven, high-energy environment.
  • Participate in a four-week world-class training induction program.

CANDIDATE
Our client seeks a strong Field Sales Consultant with:
  • B2B field sales experience.
  • Knowledge of consultative sales processes.
  • Ambition and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Experience in self-generating leads.
  • Experience selling to SMEs.
  • Proven closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • A full driving license.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Basic GBP30K, with GBP60K guaranteed in the first year.
Uncapped GBP90K OTE; top earners exceed GBP150K.
Company car or GBP5,000 car allowance.
Additional benefits include life insurance, 24/7 employment relations advice, and a day off for your birthday.

COMMISSION STRUCTURE
Calculated quarterly based on sales:
- 0 to GBP200,000 = 5% commission
- Above GBP200,000 = 10% uncapped
Travel allowance of GBP5,000 or a company car.

QUARTERLY BONUS
Achieve 30 deals and GBP325,000 revenue to earn a GBP5,000 bonus.

This role is accessible from:
Durham, Middlesbrough, Redcar, Stockton-On-Tees, Hartlepool, Sunderland, Peterlee, Houghton le Spring.
