Business Development Executive - (German Language) - Remote

We are seeking a proactive Business Development Executive fluent in German to join our remote team. The role involves generating new business opportunities, managing prospect relationships, and collaborating with sales teams to meet targets.

Responsibilities
  1. Identify new business opportunities and generate Sales Qualified Leads.
  2. Conduct multi-channel outreach, including calls, emails, and LinkedIn messaging.
  3. Manage initial prospect relationships and secure qualified appointments.
  4. Maintain CRM records (Salesforce), including activity logs, account data, and lead qualification details.
  5. Track and report daily sales activities and performance metrics.
  6. Collaborate with Enterprise and Inside Sales teams to optimize sales processes.
  7. Contribute to the evolution of lead qualification and sales strategies.
  8. Meet or exceed monthly lead quotas to ensure pipeline health.
Requirements
  • Fluent in German with excellent communication skills.
  • Passionate about new business sales and prospecting.
  • Experience in IT SaaS sales, cold outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting.
  • Hardworking with a positive attitude and high activity levels.
  • Ability to work under pressure, organize, and prioritize tasks.
