Business Development Executive – Remote (UK-wide)

Are you a proven sales professional with a flair for spotting opportunities and closing deals? We’re on the lookout for a driven and proactive business development executive to join our growing team – working remotely from anywhere in the UK.

This is not just another sales role. As a business development executive, you’ll be at the forefront of helping customers save money through smart, energy-focused solutions. You’ll be trusted to identify, develop, and convert new opportunities – with full backing from a technical team when conversations move into more complex territory. What matters most is your ability to open doors, build relationships, and get in front of the right people.

We’re looking for candidates with a strong, demonstrable track record in proactive, outbound sales. While direct experience in energy, renewables, or engineering would be a big plus, we're open to professionals who have a background in selling technical or consultative solutions – and can hit the ground running. A solid understanding of how businesses operate and a natural commercial instinct are key.

What you’ll need:

  • A strong sales background with experience in B2B business development
  • Confidence in managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to close
  • Enough technical or commercial understanding to talk confidently about cost-saving solutions
