Job summary

Adecco is seeking a Business Development Executive to join our client’s growing sales team in a structured, office-based role with Mon-Fri hours 9:00–5:30. You will be responsible for sourcing leads, booking meetings and driving revenue.

This role offers £30,000 base salary plus uncapped commission with OTE £42–48k, flexible hours, free parking, extensive training and a clear progression plan within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must have sales experience or proven ability to generate revenue.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with resilience and drive.

Responsibilities

• Source leads and generate interest through outbound calls.
• Book meetings and appointments on behalf of clients.
• Maintain accurate records of all communications and sales-related activities.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve targets and objectives.
• Build your own client list.
• Attend regular support meetings and performance reviews.
• General after sales admin; join our client’s team and be part of their success story.
