Job summary

Advanced Secure Technologies in Cardiff is launching a structured Business Development Academy to kickstart your sales career. You will undergo a 90-day training programme, learning from experts and coaches while selling cutting-edge tech solutions to education institutions across the UK and beyond.

We offer a clear progression path as the business grows, with base salary and a lucrative uncapped commission plan.

Qualifications

• No sales experience or degree required.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Positive, proactive attitude and resilience.
• Self-motivated and target driven.
• Genuine interest in business development and tech.
• An interest or knowledge in the education sector would be beneficial, but not essential.
• 2 A Levels (or equivalent) preferred, but don’t be put off if you don’t have this.

Salary: £24,800-£28,000 base + uncapped commission | £50,000 OTE
