Job summary

British Engineering Services Group in Warrington is seeking a Business Development Executive on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will drive growth across Strainstall monitoring solutions, manage the full sales lifecycle, and engage with contractors, consultants, and asset owners.

You will build a strong sales pipeline, develop long-term client relationships, and coordinate proposals and tenders. A salary from £31,000 with incentive and benefits is on offer.

Qualifications

• Experience within civil engineering or construction-related environments.
• Experience managing the sales cycle from lead generation to close.
• Strong commercial awareness with negotiation capabilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across civil engineering and construction projects.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and generate leads through various channels.
• Develop long-term client relationships and present tailored monitoring solutions.
• Manage site visits, meetings and project briefings with stakeholders.
• Coordinate proposals, pricing and tender submissions with delivery teams.
