We are looking for a Business Development Associate to join our Notified Sales team!

The Business Development Associate is an entry-level position at Notified. Working directly with Sales Executives—New Logo Hunters and Account Managers—you will focus on developing sales opportunities and booking qualified sales meetings.

You will enjoy the thrill of the chase as our representatives thrive on competition. Your commercial mindset and natural tenacity will be key in researching contacts, preparing pitches, and closing meetings, all while maintaining a casual, fun atmosphere!

We value challenge-seekers. Our training program is ongoing, supported by a management team invested in your success!

Your tasks include:

  • Developing sales opportunities through cold-calling and outreach tactics to convert prospects into qualified leads
  • Maintaining daily call volumes—work hard, play hard mentality required
  • Accurately documenting leads and appointments in our CRM, ensuring Salesforce hygiene for accurate forecasting and tracking

What will you bring?

  • Fluency in English and any Nordic language (Swedish, Finnish, Danish, Norwegian) is required
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
  • Previous customer service or sales experience with examples of tenacity, resilience, and achievement
  • Determination and resilience—quota-driven with a persistent, go-getter attitude
  • Excellent communication skills—comfortable on the phone constantly
  • Desire to learn and develop—tools and support provided, personal drive essential
