• Expanding its asset base of floating and storage regasification units (FSRUs) to accelerate the LNG-to-power transition worldwide.

The Kinetics business aims to develop a portfolio of 800 MW of PV and BESS projects in the UK and Europe within 5 years, through:

• Acquisition of ready-to-build projects,
• Securing external financing and completing financial investment decisions,
• Managing equipment suppliers and engineering and construction companies for project delivery,
• Developing and executing commercialization strategies for the assets, including negotiations for selling the output via government support, corporate PPAs, or open market trading.
