Job summary

Nuffield Health Oxford Hospital is seeking a part-time Business Development Administrator to manage a high volume of email referrals and appointments. You will provide professional admin support, maintain records and coordinate meetings and events, ensuring timely delivery of service standards.

The role offers an ad-hoc, bank-based schedule with benefits including holiday, pension and discounted gym membership. NVQ Level 2 in Business & Administration or equivalent is preferred.

• Support consultant engagement, marketing initiatives and events through effective administration and coordination.
• Maintain trackers, systems and documentation to support departmental objectives and growth initiatives.

We are looking for a Business Development Administrator in our hospital who will be responsible administering a large volume of email requests from referrals to appointments, ensuring the hospital meets its service deliverables whilst exceeding customer expectations. Preferably you will hold a NVQ level 2 in Business and Administration or equivalent and experience of working in a customer facing environment, to help us build a healthier nation.

As our Business Development Administrator, you will:
