Job summary

Nuffield Health Oxford is seeking a part-time Business Development Administrator for its hospital. You will administer a large volume of email requests from referrals to appointments, ensuring the hospital meets service deliverables and exceeds customer expectations.

Preferred NVQ Level 2 in Business and Administration or equivalent, with experience in a customer facing environment to help us build a healthier nation. The role is bank/ad-hoc, offering flexible hours to suit business needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and efficient administrative support to the Business Development team.
• Ensure administrative tasks are completed accurately and within agreed timescales.
• Maintain accurate records, databases and reports with a high level of attention to detail.
• Prepare standard and ad hoc reports to support performance monitoring and business planning.
• Coordinate meetings, appointments and business development activities.
• Support consultant engagement, marketing initiatives and events through effective administration and coordination.
• Maintain trackers, systems and documentation to support departmental objectives and growth initiatives.

We are looking for a Business Development Administrator in our hospital who will be responsible administering a large volume of email requests from referrals to appointments, ensuring the hospital meets its service deliverables whilst exceeding customer expectations. Preferably you will hold a NVQ level 2 in Business and Administration or equivalent and experience of working in a customer facing environment, to help us build a healthier nation.

As our Business Development Administrator, you will:
