Salary: Up to £37,000 depending on experience plus benefits.

Role overview:

As a Business Customer Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Coaching colleagues to inspire our business customers to purchase products that meet their needs, regardless of how they shop with us.
  • Building a strong network with local businesses, developing new relationships, and expanding existing accounts.
  • Leading a highly engaged team, understanding their strengths and development areas, supporting personal growth, and encouraging career progression.
  • Inspiring colleagues to prioritize customer needs while driving sales and profit objectives.

This role is ideal for someone eager to grow with a fast-moving business, finding innovative ways to enhance how local businesses utilize our technology products and services, and building for the future.

You will need:

  • Management experience with a hands-on approach.
  • Background in retail or B2B environments (or both).
  • Proven coaching skills and a passion for developing team confidence and capabilities.
  • A track record of identifying commercial opportunities and achieving KPIs.
  • Confidence working in a team, with an approachable and friendly demeanor towards colleagues and customers.
