As a Business Customer Manager, you’ll be responsible for our B2B in-store proposition. You will lead efforts to create an experience our business customers love, helping meet and exceed their technology needs. You’ll coach the team to nurture existing relationships with local business owners and develop new ones, bringing technology to life for our customers and exceeding expectations.

Role overview:

Responsibilities include:

  1. Coaching colleagues to inspire our business customers to choose the best products for their needs.
  2. Building a strong network with local businesses, developing new relationships, and growing existing accounts.
  3. Leading a highly engaged team, understanding their strengths and development needs, supporting personal growth, and encouraging career progression.
  4. Inspiring colleagues to prioritize customer satisfaction while driving sales and profit objectives.

This role is suited for someone eager to grow with the business, innovative in transforming how local businesses utilize our tech products and services, and committed to building for the future.

Minimum requirements include:

  • Management experience with a hands-on approach.
  • Background in retail or B2B environments (or both).
  • Proven coaching skills and passion for team development.
  • Ability to identify commercial opportunities and meet KPIs.
  • Confidence working in a team, approachable and friendly demeanor.
