Touchstone is a multi-award-winning mental health and wellbeing charity operating across Yorkshire. This new role will lead Touchstone’s improvement and transformation plan, reviewing business processes, projects, estates, and IT and AI to improve efficiencies and support growth.

The postholder will have significant experience in business change, improvement, business intelligence, and implementing improvement initiatives to deliver tangible benefits for communities served.

Job description

SALARY:

TSP (2024) Points* 35 - 38, starting at £45,609.69 pa/pro rata

HOURS:

• 30 hours per week

This role isfixed termfor up to 3 years, with the possibility of extension.

*Any increase in pay point(s) will be reviewed on annual basis based on the financial position of Touchstone and will only be awarded on this basis. Your pay/pay point will not automatically increase.

This a new and exciting role created to support Touchstone’s aspirations to grow and further develop innovative community-led mental health services. The successful person will lead on Touchstone’s improvement and transformation plan including reviewing business process, projects, estates and IT and AI to improve efficiencies and support Touchstone to grow. The postholder will need to have significant experience in business change and improvement, business intelligence and the successful implementation of improvement initiatives.
