Job summary

Touchstone, a mental health and wellbeing charity, is hiring a Business Change Manager in Leeds (LS11 6JU) on a part-time, on-site contract. The role will lead improvement and transformation across business processes, estates, IT and AI to drive efficiencies and support growth.

You'll work within a mission-driven team, with Disability Confident employer status, to help shape Touchstone's community-led services in Yorkshire.
