Job summary

JCW Group in Reading is seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead organisational change efforts tied to ERP initiatives. You will partner with project teams, IT and business leaders to design and implement change management strategies that drive adoption and value across the organisation.

This hybrid/onsite role focuses on ERP transformations (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics), stakeholder analysis, training delivery, communications, and adoption metrics to ensure changes are delivered

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Change Manager, within ERP implementation or transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of change management methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute change management strategies for ERP implementations.
• Conduct impact assessments and stakeholder analyses.
• Design training and communication plans to support adoption.

You'll partner with project teams, business stakeholders, and leadership to ensure changes are adopted smoothly and sustainably across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute change management strategies and plans for ERP implementations and other transformation projects
• Conduct impact assessments and stakeholder analysis to identify change risks and readiness gaps
• Design and deliver communication, training, and engagement plans to support user adoption
• Partner with project managers, IT, and business leads to align change activities with project timelines
• Identify resistance points and build mitigation plans to support adoption and minimise disruption
• Track and report on adoption metrics, readiness levels, and change progress to leadership
• Coach managers and sponsors on their role in driving change through their teams

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Change Manager, within ERP implementation or transformation projects (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)
• Strong understanding of change management methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter)
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across all levels
• Experience designing training and communication materials for large-scale system rollouts
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess change impact and readiness
• Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) is a plus
