The Role

We are currently hiring for a Business Change Manager in our London office to lead and embed organisation-wide change, helping teams adopt new ways of working and realise lasting business benefits.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Change strategy: Develop practical change plans aligned with programme goals, delivery timelines and desired business outcomes.
• Impact and readiness: Lead change impact assessments and readiness reviews to identify risks, dependencies and adoption needs.
• Stakeholder engagement: Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, transformation teams and operational areas to create alignment.
• Communications and capability: Deliver targeted communications, coaching and training that help employees and managers adopt change confidently.
• Governance and benefits: Track change performance and benefit realisation, contribute to governance forums and resolve cross-initiative conflicts.

What We’re Looking For:

• Change leadership: Proven experience managing business change projects or programmes in complex organisations.
• Stakeholder influence: Strong facilitation, influencing and relationship-building skills, including with senior stakeholders.
• Structured delivery: Experience using recognised change methodologies and working with governance and risk mitigation processes.
• Transformation experience: A track record supporting transformation programmes, ideally within a regulated industry.
• Clear thinking and communication: Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to turn complex change into practical action.
