Job description

We are looking for a Business Change Lead to support the effective implementation and adoption of new systems and processes. Based five days a week in our London office, this broad role requires the candidate to be comfortable across the full spectrum of change activities, from engaging with senior team members to producing training materials and communication artifacts. The ideal candidate will be an experienced change facilitator with a strong people orientation and commercial acumen. They will possess a versatile toolkit and be adept at choosing the most effective approaches for each situation.

Key responsibilities and primary deliverables
  1. Review and refine the change management strategy to ensure alignment with Zodiac Maritime’s values and the Transformation Programme's goals.
  2. Deliver change impact assessments to provide visibility on future changes in business processes, including reviewing, adapting, and validating the Target Operating Model as needed.
  3. Create and develop engagement and communication strategies and plans for the Transformation Programme and its projects, fostering awareness and advocacy through various activities such as communications, coaching, training, and resistance management.
  4. Review and refine the learning strategy, defining scope, approach, timing, and methods for end-user training, including assessment, design, development, delivery, and evaluation processes.
  5. Establish and maintain adoption and usage metrics to support benefits tracking and reinforce the transformation narrative.
  6. Adapt approaches to create business change solutions tailored for Zodiac Maritime.
  7. Understand how people experience change and the change process.
  8. Apply knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools effectively.
  9. Plan, design, and implement training programs.
  10. Communicate clearly and effectively in both written and verbal formats.
  11. Articulate messages to diverse audiences and build strong relationships.
  12. Influence others to achieve shared goals.
  13. Work flexibly and adaptively in ambiguous situations.
  14. Demonstrate resilience and perseverance.
  15. Plan strategically and tactically with good organizational skills.
  16. Identify root causes and solve problems effectively.
  17. Work effectively at all organizational levels.
