Job summary

WSET is seeking a proactive Business Analyst for a 3-month fixed-term contract in London, hybrid work. You will gather requirements, map processes and support governance across a range of business and tech change initiatives. The role blends analysis with project coordination and stakeholder engagement.

You will work with stakeholders across the organisation to drive meaningful change, deliver workshops, and produce clear documentation and dashboards in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Business Analyst or similar change-focused role.
• Strong requirements gathering and process-mapping skills.
• Experience facilitating workshops and stakeholder discussions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A structured approach to analysis, documentation and problem solving.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience supporting projects within a structured governance environment.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements through workshops, interviews and stakeholder discussions.
• Analyse and document business requirements, user stories and process maps.
• Prioritise requirements and conduct gap analysis with stakeholders.
• Map current and future-state processes and identify improvements.
• Maintain project governance, artefacts and reporting.
