Job summary

Anglian Water is seeking a talented Business Analyst to join the TIDE team, helping to shape and deliver technology-enabled change across the organisation. The role sits on a Hybrid/Huntingdon office layout with a circa £50k salary, full-time and 37 hours per week.

You will bridge business needs and technical solutions, working with stakeholders to understand requirements, analyse processes and deliver projects that create real value.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience across IT projects with multiple business functions.
• Strong requirements gathering and definition experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagements to capture requirements.
• Gather, analyse, validate and document business, technical, and operational requirements.
• Produce functional and technical specifications to support delivery.
• Create AS-IS and TO-BE process maps and identify improvements.
• Support solution design with IT teams and service designers.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicting requirements.
• Assist with user acceptance testing and test scripts.
