TLT LLP in Bristol is seeking a proactive Business Analyst to bridge business needs with technical and operational solutions. You will collaborate with Directors and Partners across Transformation and Operations to embed high-quality change delivery and to attend Bristol office 2 days a week.

Under the Senior Business Analyst Team Manager you will drive the maturity of business analysis, deliver end-to-end analysis, create user stories, testing strategies and ensure change is embedded post Go

Qualifications

• Experience in facilitating workshops, user story creation, process mapping, UAT and benefits definition.
• Experience translating specifications between business and technical teams.
• Influencing and interpersonal skills; comfortable with ambiguity.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; convey complex information clearly.
• Experience in supporting multiple cross organisational projects.
• Experience engaging stakeholders at all levels, including non-early adopters.
• Excellent communication, workshop facilitation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically; see the big picture.
• Excellent workload management and prioritisation skills.

Responsabilités

• Build trust with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop understanding of the reason for change; lead discussions to arrive at an optimum solution.
• Collaborate with Transformation and Operations teams to align activities with project plans.
• Deliver end-to-end analytical support from inception to post Go Live, including gathering requirements, translating to user stories, creating testing strategies, plans and scenarios.
• Adhere to governance and frameworks; escalate risks with mitigation solutions.
• Ensure materials align to the firm’s values, tone of voice and standards.
• Be onsite at UK offices during critical phases.
• Lead initiatives in line with the Operational Change Playbook.
