TLT is seeking a Business Analyst to join the Bristol-based Transformation and Operations team. You will work with Directors and Partners to embed high-quality operational change delivery, attend the Bristol office two days a week, and bridge business needs with technical and strategic solutions.

You will quickly build trust with stakeholders, lead discussions to capture true requirements, translate them into clear user stories, and support end-to-end delivery from inception to post-Go Live.

Qualifications

• Experience leading core business analytics activity (workshops, user stories, process mapping, UAT, benefits definition).
• Experience translating requirements between business and technical teams.

Responsabilités

• Provide end-to-end business analysis support from inception to post-Go-Live.
• Develop requirements and user stories; design testing strategies and scenarios.
• Advise on governance, align deliveries with firm values and playbooks.
• Collaborate with Change Managers and stakeholders across programmes.
