Job summary

TLT LLP in Bristol is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analysis Manager to join our Transformation and Operations team on a full-time, permanent basis. You will lead a team of Business Analysts, partner with senior stakeholders, and deliver strategic, operational and technology-enabled change across the firm.

The role requires attending the Bristol office two days each week. You will drive best practice, oversee complex initiatives from inception to post-implementation, and ensure changes

Qualifications

• Lead and develop our Business Analyst team while driving excellence across a diverse portfolio of change initiatives.
• Build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders, enabling open communication and collaboration throughout delivery.
• Provide effective oversight and direction across the team's portfolio, acting as escalation point for complex risks, issues and dependencies.
• Ensure BA collaborates with Project Managers, Change Managers and operational stakeholders to define robust requirements and practical solutions.
• Work with IT development teams to ensure robust software development lifecycle practices and successful delivery.
• Lead BA activity on complex initiatives from inception through post-implementation with clear requirements, user stories and testing strategies.
• Allocate BA resources across initiatives based on priority, capability and capacity in collaboration with leadership.
• Maintain high quality and consistent business analysis across the full project lifecycle, aligning with governance and firm values.

Responsibilities

• Provide escalation point for risks and dependencies and propose concrete solutions.
• Collaborate with PMs and Change Managers to define requirements and practical solutions.
• Partner with IT teams to ensure robust SDLC practices and project delivery.
• Guide complex initiatives from inception to post-implementation with clear artifacts.
• Allocate resources across initiatives considering priority and capacity.
• Ensure quality of BA work across the project lifecycle and governance.
