• Experience leading and developing a professional team with coaching and performance management.

• Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex risks, issues and dependencies across portfolios.
• Experience working with IT/Development teams and governance frameworks.
• Proven track record delivering outcomes in large, cross-organisational initiatives.
• Commercial awareness and strategic thinking aligned to firm priorities.
