Job summary

TLT LLP in Bristol seeks an experienced Senior Business Analysis Manager to lead the Transformation and Operations team. The role requires attendance in the Bristol office 2 days a week and offers a full-time permanent contract.

You will lead a team of Business Analysts, drive best practice, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to deliver strategic, operational and technology-enabled change across the firm.

Qualifications

• Deep practical knowledge of business analysis across strategic, operational and technology-enabled change.
• Experience leading and developing a professional BA team with coaching and capability planning.
• Strong ability to translate between business and technical stakeholders and manage complexity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Business Analyst team, delivering high-quality work across a diverse change portfolio.
• Build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enable collaboration and constructive challenge.
• Provide oversight across the portfolio, resolving risks, issues and dependencies with clear recommendations.
• Work with IT development teams to ensure robust SDLC practices and successful delivery.
