Job summary

Stonegate Group is the UK’s largest operator of pubs, bars and late-night venues, including Slug & Lettuce, Be At One and Popworld. The Business Analyst role bridges business and technology within the IT & Digital Transformation team to ensure change is clearly defined, understood and aligned to business needs.

Working across initiatives, the BA will define scope, capture and manage requirements end-to-end, collaborating with stakeholders, delivery teams and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Business Analyst role.
• Experience in fast-paced change or transformation environments.
• Understanding of project lifecycles, governance and delivery processes.
• Experience capturing, analysing, validating and managing business, functional and non-functional requirements.
• Experience supporting UAT, documentation and solution delivery.
• Confidence in data mapping and facilitating process-modelling workshops.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Continuous-improvement mindset with focus on simplifying processes and reducing cost.
• Experience working with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Define project requirements, scope and deliverables across initiatives.
• Capture, analyse, validate and document requirements.
• Create end-to-end process models (As-Is/To-Be).
• Challenge established processes to identify simplification opportunities.
• Support UAT and user documentation for deployment.
• Collaborate with delivery teams and suppliers across Waterfall/Agile.
• Assist strategic decision making through analysis and evidence-based recommendations.
• Design human-AI workflows with appropriate governance and oversight.
