Job summary

Greene King is seeking a Digital Business Analyst to shape its digital future by analysing business needs and translating them into innovative solutions. You’ll work with stakeholders to design processes and deliver digital products that enhance the pub experience.

Bring proven BA experience in a fast-paced digital environment, comfort with ambiguity, and strong communication to lead workshops and collaborate with product teams and vendors.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business analysis within a fast-paced digital environment.
• Ability to handle ambiguity and manage multiple initiatives.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management for workshops.
• Experience with customer engagement or loyalty programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis for digital projects and continuous improvement.
• Gather and validate stakeholder requirements.
• Document requirements, processes, and 'as is'/'to be' states including non-functional needs.
• Collaborate with product teams and third-party vendors to deliver solutions.
• Build relationships across IT and the wider business to enable delivery.
