Churchill Estates Management are recruiting a Business Analyst to join the projects team based in Ringwood. The Business Analyst is responsible for helping the Project Manager implement strategic initiatives for improved efficiency and productivity across the business.

The role will also help evaluate new products and services the business is interested in, including current and emerging technologies, to ensure they are fit for purpose and aligned to help with the business's strategic growth.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong understanding of IT systems, infrastructure and emerging technologies.
• Practical experience with business analysis and change management methodologies.
• Experience communicating between technical and non-technical groups.
• Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Project Manager in developing and maintaining project plans and benefits.
• Analyse performance of business systems and identify requirements across units.
• Recommend improvements to current or planned technology to add value.
• Conduct cost/benefit analyses for business cases.
• Document and update business processes and changes.
• Identify risks and issues and coordinate actions with the Project Manager.
• Perform quality assurance throughout systems development.
• Ensure benefits are achieved within deadlines and report progress.
• Evaluate proposed new products and services for fit, IT security standards and strategic growth.
• Support Change Management and Release/Service Transition activities.
