Job summary

Weybourne is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to drive business and IT change across projects. You will work with stakeholders and technical teams to capture requirements, analyse processes, and support delivery of practical, controlled solutions.

Key responsibilities include running workshops, documenting requirements, validating designs, and supporting user acceptance testing. The role requires experience in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Established experience as a Business Analyst or in a comparable role supporting business, IT or systems change.
• Ability to lead requirements gathering with limited supervision and manage outputs.
• Strong process analysis skills; identify gaps, root causes and improvement opportunities.
• Experience in Agile, Waterfall or hybrid project environments.
• Confident stakeholder management and clear written communication.

Responsibilities

• Understand business needs, objectives, constraints and success measures with stakeholders and technical teams.
• Lead business analysis activity for projects/workstreams; define scope, deliverables and timescales.
• Plan and facilitate workshops, interviews and sessions to capture requirements and decisions.
• Elicit and document functional and non-functional requirements; ensure testability and traceability.
• Prepare user guidance, process documentation and handover materials for BAU.
