Clearwater People Solutions Ltd is recruiting a Business Process Analyst to join the client’s team and work on AI enablement projects within business operation teams. The analyst will gather requirements, map existing processes, and build AI use cases to improve efficiency.

The role is hybrid, with 2 days onsite and 3 days remote, focusing on translating pain points into well-scoped AI initiatives and delivering measurable benefits.

Qualifications

• Background as a Business Analyst or Process Analyst on similar projects.
• Experience with AI-enabled initiatives and use-case definition.
• Excellent stakeholder management and clear communication of complex topics.

• Produce process narratives and functional and non-functional requirements.

Our client is currently recruiting for a Business Process Analyst to join their team to work on AI enablement projects within the business operation teams. The Business Process Analyst will work closely with Operational teams to identify where AI can be implemented to help improve processes and efficiencies. The Business Process Analyst will gather requirements and map out existing processes and build uses cases.

This is a hybrid role (2 days onsite/ 3 days remote).

Key Responsibilities for the Business Process Analyst

• Translate operational pain points into clearly scoped AI use cases with defined outcomes
• Produce high-quality artefacts including process narratives and functional and non-functional requirements
• Ensure solutions are designed for scalability, maintainability and clear ownership once live

• Define and track measurable benefits ensuring automation delivers real and sustained value

Key Experience for the Business Process Analyst

• A background in as either a Business Analyst / Process Analyst on similar
• Worked closely with Business operations teams such as customer service, payment teams or financial crime
• Has worked on AI enablement and process improvement projects
• Experience with AI-enabled initiatives and use case definition
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to communicate complex topics clearly
