Job summary

Clearwater People Solutions Ltd's client is seeking a Business Process Analyst to join their team to work on AI enablement projects within business operation teams. The Business Process Analyst will gather requirements and map out existing processes and build uses cases.

This is a hybrid role (2 days onsite/ 3 days remote). The role involves collaborating with operational teams to identify AI opportunities and deliver measurable improvements across customer service, payments and financial crime

Qualifications

• Background as a Business Analyst or Process Analyst in similar domains.
• Experience with AI-enabled initiatives and use case definition.
• Strong ability to translate pain points into clearly scoped AI use cases.

Responsibilities

• Translate operational pain points into clearly scoped AI use cases with outcomes.
• Produce artefacts including process narratives and requirements.
• Ensure scalable and maintainable solution design with clear ownership.
• Prepare governance packs and AI change assurance.
• Maintain traceability of use cases, benefits and risks in AI register.
• Define and track measurable benefits and ensure automation delivers value.

Our client is currently recruiting for a Business Process Analyst to join their team to work on AI enablement projects within the business operation teams. The Business Process Analyst will work closely with Operational teams to identify where AI can be implemented to help improve processes and efficiencies. The Business Process Analyst will gather requirements and map out existing processes and build uses cases.

• Translate operational pain points into clearly scoped AI use cases with defined outcomes
• Produce high-quality artefacts including process narratives and functional and non-functional requirements
• Ensure solutions are designed for scalability, maintainability and clear ownership once live
• Prepare governance packs and support proportionate assurance for AI change
• Maintain traceability of use cases, benefits and risks through the AI register
• Define and track measurable benefits ensuring automation delivers real and sustained value

Key Experience for the Business Process Analyst

• A background in as either a Business Analyst / Process Analyst on similar
• Worked closely with Business operations teams such as customer service, payment teams or financial crime
• Has worked on AI enablement and process improvement projects
• Experience with AI-enabled initiatives and use case definitionExcellent stakeholder management skills and ability to communicate complex topics clearly
